God, wish I knew that! I had a printer years ago and it was so easy, you just turned off the ink indicator thing or made it appear full and the printer kept on churning out blank sheets having printed noisily all over them first. Secret messages etc.
Get a dot matrix printer - noisey but if all you want to do is print type so what? They do the job and you can squirt any ink you like in the reservoir etc.

I recently took off windows vista and installed my old xp, so now everything was formatted and I'm starting over slowly. How do i add my hp printer wirelessly? You will also find that the lowest volume cartridges are the yellow, light magenta and light cyan, with 1-2 fewer ml of ink than the cyan and magenta cartridges.

The only way I could print directly was to use the correct printing cartridges.
