First, read your instructions online or in hard copy. Remove the black cartridges from your printer and go to your store and by the color cartridges recommend for your printer. Anyway, every time I replace one or both of my Inkjet cartridges - in order for the stupid HP printer to stop printing the alinement page every time, I have to ';Align the Cartridges';:

Sometimes, people will only install the print drivers from the disk they get with their printer. Make sure you install the program that does the OCR.
After that, open the program, import the image and be on your way.

Is there any reason I cannot use my CANON ink refill pack on an HP Printer? I have about $5 dollars worth of refill ink that I inject inot my old Canon printer ink cartiges. My Canon printer died. I have a new HP.
