What's the internet got to do with running a program? Or do you mean downloading it? If so, it's means the program site is no good.

U don't run from the site, you DOWNLOAD and SAVE TO DISK, then unpack the files to a folder, and install from that
use a download accelerater and save file instead of opening (open and run after download/this gives you the program to copy to disk or removable media and increases download speed
ur internet connection may be secured and the printer may not be able to get through
try re entering the password or remove it all together
