Start -%26gt; Control Panels -%26gt; Add / Remove Software and find the HP Suite in the list and uninstall.





Next go to:


Start -%26gt; Printers and Faxes and make sure it is no longer in the list, if it is right click on it and go to ';Delete.';





Restart and now you can install the new software.
