I have tried all of the self help steps there is nothing blocking the printer head and there is no paper jam what should i do next or should i just take it back it is only 3months old?I have a C6280 HP printer it keeps saying clear paper jam but there isnt one can anyone help?
I know that you have checked but there maybe a very small bit of paper stuck in some where.
If you really can't find anything then it is going to be a paper senor and you will need a workshop to fix that.
