My mother in law just got a wireless hp printer?

and we cant set it up - in the diagnostic test it says radio on = pass but then say ';radio working = failed'; what can i do to fix this? TYMy mother in law just got a wireless hp printer?
make sure everything is plug in and make sure you have it close by some wireless printers are not good because its not safe but make sure you have your network settings set too!My mother in law just got a wireless hp printer?
