You can go to www.hp.com, www.driverguide.com, www.windrivers.com or type in '' your printer model and drivers at google search.
you should be able to download a printer driver from the HP website.
I agree with the first person that answered this question for you. Or, do you have the Owner's Manuel for your Printer, handy? Look in there, and look for HP's Toll Free Number, and call them to ask for their support. I know the Number for them, and here it is for you to call: 1-800-474-6836, which is for Consumers who live in the United States.
