I have bought a HP Deskjet F2280 All-in-One printer and scanner, and it works fine for printing. I guess it works for scanning too, but I have no idea of where the scanned images are saved on my computer! I have not been able to run the setup program on the CD I got either, because I run windows 7 and the CD says my OS is not supported...Where does the scanned images from my hp printer end up?
Give it a go. Scan something, a window may pop up asking you where you'd like the picture saved.Where does the scanned images from my hp printer end up?
that's a bummer! i guess Win7 already has built-in support for your printer.
anyways, just check the My Documents Images or Photos folders, it should be there.
Im not yet familiar with Win7 but it make sense that it should be in My Documents folder or something.
Btw, check HP site for updated drivers...
No need to change anything. Your Images by default would be saved in MYDOCUMENT/MYPHOTOS\SCAN\ and a sub-directory of the month you are scanning. Pls ceck and only then make any changes to the default settings of your scanner software
Usually found in 'My Pictures'. Vista drivers normally work with Win7.
