Why is my computer loading slow after installing a HP Printer?

I recently installed hp printer software. But now it takes about 5 minutes longer for my computer to fully load. I am running vista home premium.Why is my computer loading slow after installing a HP Printer?
hp is loading every time you start up its probably digital Imaging monitor that comes with the software you installed nothing to be worried about


start your pc up and walk away for 5 minutes then come back but if it really take five minutes defrag your hard drive that could be the problem you should always defrag after installing software or un- installing Hp takes up a lot of space delete so stuff you don't need by running a disk clean upWhy is my computer loading slow after installing a HP Printer?

run MSCONFIG (from the run line) and check the ';startup'; tab, Remove the check box from programs you don't need running on startup.

Run a Disk Diagnostics (from ';start/programs/accessories/system tools/disk Defragmenter';





Run a Disk Defrag (from ';start/programs/accessories/system tools/disk Defragmenter'; and let it defragment your drives.
Maybe the HP software is opening on startup in the background. You don't need the HP software to use the printer. Just uninstall the HP software and just install the driver for the printer (available on the HP website)
