YES... I did this recently for some ';awards'; for my daughters !!
I was out of parchment-looking paper, so took a dozen sheets of computer paper, tea-stained it, let it DRY and gave it a quick pass with a clothes iron to make it wrinkle free.
It went through my HP6CA593 Deskjet 6980 series Printer fine and dandy !!
GOOD LUCK !!Would a windows hp printer print on tea stained paper?
As long as the printer is an ink-jet and the paper has a smooth, sharp, straight edge for the rollers to grab, it will print.
I have printed on tissue thin paper buy backing it with a temporary spray adhesive (sold in fabric shops) and a second sheet of copier paper.....this stabilized the ';art'; paper for printing and was easily pealed away.
