Try re-installing it from the original disk. This will replace nay damaged files, and then the uninstaller should work.I need to uninstall my HP printer. When I press the Add/Remove button a box comes up saying: ?
What OS do you have?
I have a HP C4180 Printer on my Vista and had it also on my old XP PC.
If you want to un-install the printer you need to do the following:
Start%26gt;Control Panel%26gt;Programs and Features%26gt;Look for you're printer in the list,..highlight it and click ';Un install'; at the top of the page and follow the onscreen Wizard that comes up.
It will delete all of the files it originally installed,..and may ask you to restart you're PC to finish of the process.
You might need to download the Un Indstaller from there Site so it can get rid of it from you're PC properly if you can tell me what Model Number it is?
I will come back to help you out......
